Here’s what our neighbors love most about Cleveland UCD:

“Living in a community where people want to get to know their neighbors and the opportunity to build community as we put down roots here for (hopefully) the rest of our lives!”

Group of people sitting at a white outdoor table under a canopy, enjoying drinks and conversation in a residential neighborhood with brick houses and greenery.
A cul-de-sac with a grassy area in the center, surrounded by residential houses, trees, and a street sign that reads 'Adopt A Park Cleveland N.A.'

“The safe median and the landscaping. I appreciate the raised medians east of the neighborhood which isolates it from through traffic as well.”

A park scene with a large tree in the foreground, featuring green leaves and textured bark. In the background, there is a gazebo with an American flag flying above it, surrounded by houses and well-maintained lawns.

“I like the older architecture, the established gardens and trees, the elementary school that serves the local children and my neighbors.”
